FAQs
What are the different ticket options and which courts do these give access to?
Centre Court Ticket is a reserved seat on Centre Court, with access also to the grounds. A Centre Court ticket does not give access to Court 1. However, Centre Court ticket holders (all categories, 1, 2, 3) can access Court 1 on Saturday 20 June, Sunday 21 June and Friday 26 June as all seats on Court 1 on these days are unreserved.
Court 1 Ticket is a reserved seat on Court 1, with access also to the grounds. A Court 1 ticket does not give access to Centre Court or any other ticketed courts.
Court 2 Ticket is a reserved seat on Court 2, with access also to the grounds on days that matches are scheduled on this court – Monday 22 June, Tuesday 23 June, Wednesday 24 June. Your Grounds Pass, Centre Court and Court 1 tickets will give you access to Court 2 on a first come un-reserved basis on all other days.
Ground Pass is access to the grounds of the event, to view the outside match and onsite practice courts. A ground pass gives access to Centre Court, Court 1 and Court 2 only on the days when there is unreserved seating on these courts and Court 3 on all days. On final’s day a grounds pass gives you access to the grounds, please note play on this day only takes place on Centre Court but there is a big screen in the grounds that you can watch the Centre Court matches on.
What matches will I get to see?
The Nature Valley International 2020 draws, order of play and provisional schedule will be published on the LTA website nearer the time of the event. You can however see listed against each day whether qualifying or main draw matches (or both) are due to take place.
Please note that tickets are issued to view such matches as may be played on the designated day and that the order and times of play are subject to change at the discretion of the Tournament Organisers.

Ticket service charges and fees - what am I paying for?
The amount you pay when you purchase a ticket is broken down as follows:
Face Value: We sell tickets on behalf of our clients (event organisers / promoters / venues). The price of a ticket is decided by our clients. The Ticket Factory sends this amount to its clients.
Service fee: This is the per-ticket fee agreed with our clients (venues, artists and event organisers). This fee contributes to our ticketing and distribution processing costs, such as the costs of running the ticketing software and computer network, operating a call centre and marketing the event.
The amount of the service fee is agreed with our clients and is often based on a percentage of the ticket price.
Admin fee: The admin fee is charged per order regardless of the number of tickets purchased. This fee contributes to the cost of delivering the tickets, whether it is through the post, electronically or collecting at the venue.
The admin fee also contributes to other operational costs and overheads associated with ticket fulfilment e.g. ticket stock administration and inventory control, ticket stock/stationery, collection facilities and postage and/or packaging costs if it applies to the event.
The admin fee will not be payable if a ticket is purchased and collected at the box office at the same time.
What happens if it rains?
As the Nature Valley International is played outdoors, play is subject to the weather. If, due to unfavourable weather conditions on the day for which your ticket is valid, there is less than one non-consecutive hour’s play on the court your ticket gives access to (Centre Court if a Centre Court ticket, Court 1 if a Court 1 ticket and Court 2 if a Court 2 ticket) or, in the case of a ground pass, if there is less than one non-consecutive hour’s play in total on the courts to which your ticket gives access (play occurring at the same time on different courts only being counted once), you may claim a refund up to the face value of the ticket. If, due to unfavourable weather conditions on the day for which your ticket is valid, there is one hour or more but less than two hours of non-consecutive play on the court to which your ticket gives access or, in the case of a ground pass, if there is one hour or more but less than two hours of non-consecutive play in total on the courts to which your ticket gives access (play occurring at the same time on different courts only being counted once), you may claim a refund of 50% of the face value of the ticket.
