How do I become an Amplify Member?
Amplify membership unlocks a host of benefits to include members discounted rates on hospitality tickets, priority access to Amplify tickets and dedicated account management. When will I receive my tickets for an event I have already booked?
We aim to dispatch tickets and all documents needed in advance of the event 3 – 4 weeks prior to your show date. Your document pack includes your tickets, car park permits, an information leaflet providing details of the location of the Amplify entrance and entrance opening time. A digital itinerary complete with all details to include performance times is then sent 7-10 days in advance of the event date. Please be advised tickets may be dispatched within a digital format, we will notify you in advance, so you are able to look out for these via email
What Time does the Amplify Entrance Open?
Amplify entrances at Resorts World Arena Birmingham and Utilita Arena Birmingham are open 2 hours in advance of the show start time as standard, however a digital itinerary is sent to all bookers detailing the show specific times, and location of the entrance 7-10 days in advance of the performance date
What is the dress code within the Amplify Hospitality Areas?
We don’t have a specific dress code other than the exclusion of football tops, sports caps and clothing that displays an offensive phrase or slogan. We welcome all our diverse range of guests into our hospitality areas.
I have made a booking that includes a pre-show hospitality experience, but I have a dietary requirement
Please note that vegetarian options are catered for as standard, however all other dietary requirements should be emailed to [email protected]. at least 14 days prior to your event date
How can I book tickets for disabled customers over the phone?
For us to secure suitable seating, we do require that you are registered with the ‘Access’ card scheme before we are able to process your order. All disabled visitors are advised to call our dedicated ticket line number 0800 640 5001 (+44 121 796 6100 from outside the UK) please be assured that the team are able to discuss your specific seating needs which can be included within your Amplify experience Please inform us at the time of booking if you need a wheelchair space or have specific requirements, so that we can arrange for everything to be ready on your arrival. We will also help you find the most convenient seating for visually impaired people. Owing to sound levels involved, we strongly recommend that you do not bring Assistance Dogs to concerts or other loud events. Please note that all ticket sales are allocated on a first-come-first-served basis. Our lines are open from 9am to 7pm (Monday to Friday) and 9am to 5pm (Saturday, Sunday and Bank Holidays).
What does my Amplify Ticket Include?

How do I book a Private Box facility (Show Cube)?
Our private box and suite facilities are located at Utilita Arena Birmingham and seat from 10-14 guests. Prices vary depending on the performance, please contact the Amplify team to discuss your requirements further on 0844 338 0333, office hours 9am-5pm Monday -Friday excluding bank holidays or contact us at [email protected].
What are Show Cubes?
Our Show cubes are 14 seated private box facilities with panoramic arena views, these facilities are located above blocks 11,10 & 9 and can be hired for specific performances – please contact us directly to receive a bespoke quotation on 0844 338 0333, office hours 9am-5pm Monday -Friday excluding bank holidays or contact us at [email protected].
Where is the Utilita Arena Birmingham Show lounge?
Our Show lounge is situated above Upper Block 10 which is a private bar area exclusive to Show Lounge ticket holders and includes a ticket to watch the show on the private balcony – tickets purchased for this facility also include access through the private Amplify Entrance
Where is the Utilita Arena Birmingham Show Deck?
The Show Deck at Arena Birmingham is located behind Upper Block 6, whilst the facility is at the back of the venue, it boasts more spacious comfortable seating & access is via the private Amplify entrance - tickets purchased for this facility also include access through the private Amplify Entrance
Where is the Utilita Arena Birmingham Premier Lounge?
The Premier Lounge is a contemporary lounge bar facility offering panoramic views of Utilita Arena Birmingham, the facility is located behind Upper Blocks 3 & 4. Every ticket purchased within this area includes a Champagne reception, a private balcony seat to watch the performance, access to a private bar facility to purchase drinks and access into the Premier Lounge until 30 minutes post event.
Where is the Resorts World Arena Show deck?
The show deck is an upgraded seating area within the Resorts World Arena and includes access through the private Amplify entrance at the venue. The seating area is situated above Block 3 & 4 and boasts more spacious comfortable seating -click link for virtual tour Resorts World Arena Show deck
What is the Clean Air Zone?*
Birmingham’s Clean Air Zone is an initiative introduced by Birmingham City Council following the Government’s request for Birmingham to reduce its air pollution levels. The Clean Air Zone represents an area of Birmingham where targeted action is to be taken to improve the air quality.
A Clean Air Zone discourages the most polluting vehicles from entering an area. No vehicle is banned from the zone, but vehicles of specified classes that do not meet emissions standards will be required to pay a daily charge if travelling within the area.
Birmingham’s Clean Air Zone now operates 24 hours, seven days a week. The zone will covers roads within the A4540 Middleway Ring Road but not the Middleway itself.
Utilita Arena Birmingham and visitor car parks associated with the venue are situated within Birmingham’s Clean Air Zone. Our visitors need to be familiar with potential charges and arrange payments directly, if applicable. Charges will apply to those using vehicles that do not meet emissions standards.
You can check if your car is eligible to drive within the Clean Air Zone without charge by visiting the Brum Breathes website and following the instructions.
The daily charges apply to the following vehicles; cars, taxis, LGVs, HGVs, coaches and buses and range from £8 for a private car to £50 for HGVs. The criteria for not incurring a charge differs across diesel, petrol, gas, electric and hybrid vehicles.
Charges apply from midnight to midnight and are payable from six days before the day of travel to six days afterwards. Only vehicles in motion incur the charge.
Vehicle entry into the Clean Air Zone will be monitored by automatic number plate recognition cameras and failure to pay on time will result in a Penalty Charge Notice of up to £120.
In certain circumstances, Exemption Permits can be applied for.
